With an MBA from Henley Business School and a strong background in finance and stockbroking, Godfrey has spent decades advising senior executives of leading corporations on issues of strategy, alignment, and business transformation. He serves as the Global Custodian of the Radical Forgiveness Institute and is the founder of the International Institute for Radical Forgiveness and Leadership.
